Super Good, Super Fast

All you need is your your blender a pot your bowl and a soup spoon.  Use either Crushed, powder or frozen red chile.  Hot, medium or mild.  If you use mild you may want to have some cayenne or paprika handy in case it's TO mild.  Grab some ground beef and fry it in your pot Don't forget to turn your beef and lower the heat, meantime blend up about a 1/2 cup full of the crushed or powder red chile add about 2/3 water and blend, (if you want a thinner gravy add more water a bit at a time).  If you want a larger  portion use more chile and add a bit more water.  If using frozen prepared red chile use about a cup full and ad water for a gravy consistency.  When beef is fully cooked, drain and pour blender fixins into the pot with the ground beef and add about 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.  If you use garlic SALT do not  use regular salt and increase the amount to just under 1 tsp.  or maybe a little less depending on your taste.  If you like chile con carne with beans  add a 1/2 can of Rosarita pinto beans.  You simmer the stew for about 10 minutes and VOILA!  Enjoy.  If you want to make enough for 2,3, or more just increase the ingredients in proportion to the number of servings and increase the cooking time.  Remember to keep stirring and don't use high heat or you will burn your stew.  THAT'S CHILE CON CARNE SOUTHWEST STYLE
