Simple ritual to remove negative influence
66Ingredients needed:
White candle (represents fire/flame)
Bowl of dirt (represents earth)
Cup of water (represents water/sea)
Incense (represents air/wind)
Small slip of plain white paper & pen
Find a quiet place to perform the ritual, clean the surface upon which you will set the ingredients.
Name whom you believe has cursed you and write the name on the paper. Fold it in half.
Light the candle and incense.
Focus your thoughts on what you are doing.
Light the paper on fire with the candle flame and place it on the dirt.
As it burns say the chant.
After it is nothing but ashes extinguish the candle and incense.
Take the dirt outside and dispose of it away from your home.
If you are keeping the bowl rinse all residue from it then wash normally.
Remember to take appropriate precautions when working with open flames and burning substances. Use a heat shatter resistant bowl for burning the paper (I accidentally exploded a cheap glass ashtray once when performing this ritual).
Chant:
As this paper burns away
(------)'s power fades today
No longer able to cause me harm
Or incite feelings of alarm
As I will so mote it be

Thank you for the information :) Once I'm able to go out and get the candles and stuff I'll be sure to try this. Thanks again~
