Only Do Abs Three Times A Week

Many people are resting up to 3 minutes between sets. There really is just no need for this unless you're lifting for maximum power and strenght, and that's not the focus of six pack exercise.

Instead, keep them short and sweet. 30 seconds to a minute should be perfect for what you're looking for.

Shannon, I;ll be sure to try your suggestions. I have been trying to see my abs for the last several years, but to no avail... I am going to try to intensify my workout because like many, I believed that volume would do the trick. I'll let you know if it work...
