Having a six pack stomach these days is getting harder than ever. With so much hidden artificial sugars in our foods , it is no wonder that people struggle to get a six pack stomach! On top of this people have less time to take care of there body with all the other "just living" demands that are made.

In order to have a six pack stomach there are a few components that we must do to achieve the status of a six pack stomach! Our first is our train of thought. You must learn to create and focus in on the things that are truly important to your happiness! Only with the right frame of mind will you see the results you desire for a lean, sexy six pack stomach!

So, once we have our mental discipline dialed in, we now must start to look at the big picture of what we have to do!

I will break this section down for you into there categories so you can see the DNA of how to get a six pack stomach.

Breakdown for a six pack stomach

Our first step is going to be our food:

This must be one of the main components for having a six pack stomach, you MUST start to be more aware of what you are eating. Start by having all you fatty foods in the morning, this way you can burn them all throughout the day. Stop drinking so much fizzy drinks/beer, anything with high sugars. It is hard to see your six pack stomach when you are putting so much sugar into your body. It just can't digest it fast enough.

Eat less towards the end of the day. Your big meal should be around lunch time and try to snack every 2 hours until around 8:30pm( don't eat any more)

If you are new to this, take it slow, you will get better as time goes on. This is a very important step if you are serious about seeing a six pack stomach!

Our next step to getting a six pack stomach is CARDIO:

You must start burning the carbs. The best time to work out is in the morning! You will see really great results if you do your cardio before breakfest. It takes about 4-5times a week(depending on size) to see good results for a six pack stomach.

Our finial step is our Abdominal workout:

This is another very important section, we are now going to isolate the body parts and build muscle and strenght to help in the aid of burning FAT. Your six pack stomach will be there in no time if you follow these basic principles.

Fantastic Article! Its true that many people are concerned about fatness and getting six pack abs but they don't have enough time to get desired result. This article will certainly boost their morale. I am totally agree that balanced diet and regular cardio excercise are the key factors to acheive desired six pack stomach.
