Your goggles should fit your helmet.

The goggles should fit well and have straps that easily allow you to adjust the fit.

The straps should be padded so they will not irritate your skin or stick to your hair.

The inside part of the goggles should be padded Padding will ease the pressure and not cut your face if you fall and land on top of them.

Goggles that don't have a good fit will flip or lift off your face when you hit bumps.
