Is there any skin care cream that works and is an anti aging product? If you know the facts about the causes of wrinkles is a big part of the success in treating them. The main reason for aged skin and wrinkles is a decrease in your production of elastin and collagen. This makes your skin looser and have less tone. Lifestyle is another big cause of wrinkles and aging skin.

Reasons For Aged Skin

The reasons for your skin aging are poor diet, lack of sleep and exercise and drinking alcohol, these all play a part in our appearance. Anti aging face creams are abundant but only a few actually work.

Skin Care Creams Are Abundant

You should be aware of outlandish claims, there are just a few very effective creams. The biggest reason for the lack of success is that the aging process is a natural event. Over time every one's skin contains less collagen and elastin, this process is inevitable.

It takes a great anti age skin care cream to have any effect. These are not the run of the mill standard creams, there are some highly effective skin creams and with time have very dramatic results, and work from the inside out creating the conditions for younger skin.

Ignore the hype and know what you are looking for and where to get it is very important. It requires a little extra effort to find a truly effective anti aging face cream.

it is never too soon to start taking care of your skin.
Just FYI - 90% of the damage done to the skin is due to the sun exposure. So those creams are GREAT (don't get me wrong, I use all Arbonne products) but the best thing you can do for your skin is avoid sun exposure, wear hats and wear SPF protection EVERY SINGLE DAY! Once your skin is damaged, it is hard to turn back the clock, but you can start by protecting it NOW and it will stay healthy.

you obviously have great skin, just keep it simple with a face wash, and a moisturizer, and cleanse at night, really you should have started in your teen years

Artistry has a time defiance system that women can start using at age 25 because it actually starts preventing the signs of aging.  I can tell you that it may seem pricy if you are not used to prestige brands but two things I must point out is #1 it is very concentrated and the whole system should last you about 3 months and number 2 they offer a one hundred percent money back guarentee if it doesn't do exactly what they say. I love it and so does my mom, my grandma and some of my other friends. I hope this answered your question. :)

personally i started at the age of 21, when I started to work for a make-up and skin care company. i learned through the company that you should start in your teens. I find that a cleanser, toner, mositerizer, and eye cream to do the trick. it also helps to exfoliate approx. twice a week. since your in your 20's you may want to focus your skin care line on products that prevent aging and will maintain what your skin is like right now. Hydrating formula's are also the best to keep your skin young looking.
