Who is the skinniest person in the world? I tried to find a sufficient article for it when i was searching google, and I couldn't really find any useful information on the subject, save google images. And google images doesnt have any articles or names to go with it generally. So I took it upon myself to do some independant research to find who is the skinniest person in the world.

There are infinite different things people can mean when they ask who the skinniest person in the world. Who weighs the least weight? Or who has the smallest waistline? Who is the shortest?  Skinny is a somewhat subjective term  I've decided to write about the most common answer, which is who has the smallest wasitline.

Out of those currently alive today (and the only person to my knowledge ever to be judged by Guiness World Records), Cathie Jung of Old Mystic, Conneticut has the smallest waistline.at 38.1 cm (15 inches?!?!?)  The picture to the right is a 100% authentic, unaltered picture of her waist.
