This weekend was a great long weekend, even though on Friday my husband and I were disappointed in him having to work when the military had already given him that day off.  But we still did things, like went on a date, after he got home.  But this isn’t what this hub is about.  This hub is about my new experience with the paranormal.  And no names will be used in this hub.

              We stayed with friends this weekend to hang out and have fun, since they couldn’t come to Anaheim to stay with us because they had to watch his parents’ house and pets (one dog and one cat).  So instead, we decided to spend the night with them at his parents’ house where we could go swimming and watch movies, play pool, Foosball, or even air hockey.  I did not know that there was a spirit staying in the house as a helping guide for his mother until we came down and was told by his wife.  Very interested as I am in the paranormal, I asked questions, what people have seen, heard, etc.  And he and his wife informed me how the spirit is a female spirit, a nurturing helpful spirit who is there to help his mother with daily stress.

          She is a helping, healing hand when the stress gets too much for his mother to handle, a guardian spirit or angel if you wish to think of her as that instead of a ghost.  They do not know her history or who she was when she was alive, but he and his wife are grateful that she helps his mother.  And the female spirit isn’t the only spirit that roams freely through the house but also other spirits of late pets of the family.

          My experience was very interesting and I am glad to have yet another paranormal experience in my life.  The Queen Mary experience had opened my eyes to the paranormal world and has grown my interest in paranormal events as well as the science parapsychology.  This experience has been a great one and a lot more peaceful, less frightening, than the Queen Mary experience.

          I saw a few light orbs flying down the hallway when I had to use the restroom late at night as well as when we were watching a movie, I saw a red orb fly into the TV then 10 minutes later the red orb flew out of the TV; not knowing why it was red but knowing that it could have either been the female spirit or one of the many animal spirits that roam inside the house.

          My other experience was when I was playing pool with his wife and saw an all black shadow race past my legs.  I told them and came to find out that it was their late cat, an all black cat, but the name I have forgotten.  He was happy that I had seen her but sad too since it was a spirit that once was flesh and blood, whom he use to hold, pet, and snuggle with.  But the simple fact that she is still around made him happy, especially since he and his wife weren’t the only ones to see the cat.

          My last experience was early Sunday morning when my husband was in the kitchen helping his best friends’ wife get breakfast ready.  I thought that her husband had walked past in order to retrieve something from their den area, a very dark, all black figure having walked past the bedroom door when I had just opened my eyes.  I blinked several times before I closed my eyes, not thinking anything of it until I opened my eyes again and once again the same figure walked back past the bedroom door heading back down the hallway, my thought was he was returning to the bedroom.  But I came to find out that this entire time I had seen the figure, her husband had been in bed asleep.  If I had my glasses on, I might have seen that the figure was indeed female not male at all; but I only was able to see her without my glasses.

          She also helped me with stress, making me feel a bit calmer after I had entered the house; my guess the spirit not enjoying women who stress a lot.  I hope to return one day and sleep there again once they house-sit and we can go down for the weekend.

          My few experiences has opened my eyes more, making me want more experiences, making me want to study parapsychology as well as read more books about paranormal events and others who have experienced them in their lives.  I hope to be able to hunt ghosts, just like my idols Jason and Grant from TAPS, who also has a show on Sci Fi channel called Ghost Hunters.  Once I do go back to school, I hope to find a class on parapsychology and possibly take this just to see what it is like.

          Again if you do not believe or you are a skeptic, I hope that one day you will be able to share in an eye opening experience with a ghost, one that is friendly.  I wouldn’t want your first experience to be as frightening as my own but I do wish that you all experience the breathtakingly mysterious paranormal events such as seeing either an animal spirit or human spirit.
