Today, my right eye start to sore again and when I look at the mirror I can see it become red. Last night i stayed up a bit late until almost 12'oclock in the morning and I tried to close my eyes to sleep but I really couldn't make it at all and i just laid in bed for a few hours more. I didn't remember what time exactly when I felt asleep last night though but the night was not went well too though.

I woke up quite a bit and I had a glass of water around 430am and then I slept again. The morning came I open my eyes around 7am and I can feel my right eye sore again. Actually it happened a week ago and I thought it was ok because I didn't have it for a few days. But it was not like I thought it comes back again now. I hope my eyes is going to be ok today as I have to join my friend wedding and I have to drive there too.

What's really causing the problm...?

I still could make it clear weather or not because of the whether change or because I couldn't sleep at night. It is more likely that I travel so often recently and the time zone also change from various place and because I kept my eyes open almost 24hours for several days. And during the traveling I have to straight up my eyes attending this and that for example like training workshop, seeing different projects etc. So i guess it must be that I couldn't sleep much that's why It causes me eyes ache.

Weather could possibly the case too

Not just not enough sleep but I also see that the weather also change very often during this few week and windy in the last 2 weeks. It is the sign that the winder is coming soon. Inside the building or house the temperature is quite different from the outside atmosphere. I could catch cold easily if I were not be careful enough especially in the morning. So I have to wash up my face and take bath with warm water.

Dusty while on the road...

Ehya, it is really disturbing while on the road because it is very dusty even though I use the helmet while on the moto but exactly there will still dust coming in. I can't believe it that the road is really mess up the whole year. `

My chose of treatment

Finally, I have to come up with an idea that I have to use an eyes drop to protect my eyes from the pain that want to stop my eyes open. It is now becoming a bit better. And this afternoon, I have to take the whole time sleeping to cure my right eyes. It's Monday off for independent day today ha ha. PP, Cambodia. 9 Sept 09
