Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup Recipe

Here is one of the best ever recipes for Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup that is so delicious and so easy to make. Its made in your slow cooker or crock pot so its so easy to make. While your at work or out walking the dog your soup will be cooking.

For Your Recipe You Will Need.

1. One Purple Sweet Onion Diced Very Fine.

2. One 16 Ounce Can Chili Beans.

3. One 16 Ounce Can Black Beans.

4. Three 8 Ounce Cans Mexican Tomatoes With Green Chilies.

5. One Package Taco Seasoning.

6. Four Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Cut Into 1 " Cubes.

7. Chicken Broth.

8. One 12 Oz. Can Full Flavor Beer.

9. One Teaspoon Salt.

10. One Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

11. One Regular Size Can Sweet Corn.

Place everything but your chicken broth into your crock pot. Then take your chicken broth and make sure your ingredients are covered. Cook on high for 6 hours and then turn down to medium for another 4 hours. You can stir about every two hours though its not really necessary just be sure to stir well when done.

You can serve guacamole , sour cream and four cheese Mexican cheese on the side and to really step things up a notch or two serve your soup in taco bowls.
