You are so correct! I am in search of a "Grant Writer" that knows how to handle the bureaucracy. There was a TV Infomercial that invited viewers to FREE seminars in different locations. I trotted to one and upon arrival, was told the fee was $1,000. That's a lot of "networking business cards"
