Good Breakfast Choices

A great way to start your day is with a clean healthy breakfast. If you are active and like to workout occasionally then a big breakfast is a great idea to give you the energy  to have a good workout. If you don't have time to be active than a smaller breakfast is preferred.

French toast can be a good choice, depending on what goes on top. Try rice bread or gluten free bread. Use rice, almond, soy, or skim milk to mix with the eggs. A little honey and very little margarine if you must. This could be a heavy breakfast and slow you down if you have to much, so don't over do it!

Remember calories add up quickly so pay attension to what goes in your body.

The best choice that i would say is to have a protein shake with some Oats, frozen or fresh fruit, half a banana, 1 or 2 scoops of protein, a few almond's, and rice, almond, soy, or skim milk. Blend all that up and not only does it taste super good, its a perfect start to your day!
