Smoked salmon carpaccio
57Feel like eating some fish but don't want your kitchen to get too messy or smelly? Well, here is a easy to fix recipe with slightly sophisticated ingredients: smoked salmon carpaccio!
You need for two servings: four slices of smoked salmon, a plain yogurt, olive oil, capers and a lemon. The most organic, the better. Place two slices of salmon on each plate, pour some olive oil, more or less all over, then squeeze some lemon juice on top and add a few capers. Put the plates in the fridge while you fix the dressing. Mix the yogurt, a tea spoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon. You may want to add some of the caper juice. Store it in the fridge for 15-20mn prior to serving it all. Enjoy!
