Smoothie Calories
56 The great thing about smoothies - to decide how many calories you want in your smoothie because, well you choose the ingredients. So, in terms of calorie smoothies range from a bag of nuts for a bag of candy. (Ok, so I'm obviously using some hyperbole. Just a little'...)
If you want to understand how many calories are in your smoothie is a relatively simple process. The most difficult part of the whole process is finding out how many calories are in fruits and vegetables and other foods labeled.
STEP 1-How many calories are foods made in blender?
For example, if a recipe calls for yogurt, understand the calories in yogurt is easy because the label. (Remember to watch portion. This is the biggest mistake that people make. They figure that the container of all is a service that sometimes is not.)
But if you're mixing raspberries, bananas, apples, grapes, apples, or vegetables, there is no label to tell you how many calories are food.
What are you doing ?!!!!!
PHASE 2-Looking up How many calories are in six fruits and vegetables.
Well you're lucky, because we have something, which makes it much easier to count calories: the Internet. As I try to read to stay in shape I do not have the slightest clue how to understand how calories are there in an apple. Luckily for me it is not necessary. There are a lot of people much smarter than me, who put information about that on the Internet. Just google "calories in fruit" and you will be given a variety of websites to choose from.
CAUTION: As you look at several sites you will notice that the numbers there will be slightly different. Dissemination largest I've seen is 10 calories, usually in 5. So do not stress.
My advice is, if you're trying to increase your intake of calories you're going with the lowest number and whether you're trying to decrease your caloric intake to go with the higher number. When you are safe in both directions.
Step 3-Adding to lose everything
So now that the hardest part is over just get a paper or a calculator and add all.
