My wife , Tammy, was listing on EBay one day and looked down at her old ragged slippers. She took the digital camera and snapped a shot of them on her feet and decided to list the old slippers on just for fun. "Good used but worn slippers" was the title for listing.
After a few days...the questions about the slippers started coming in. Questions such as ,"What do they smell like?"......"What size are they?"....."Pic of your bare foot please?"..."Describe the scent please."
Tammy ended the auction because she was disgusted with the questions. I of course, thought they were hilarious! We did a little research and found that the shoe fetish guys were paying upwards to 70 dollars for a pair of old well worn women's shoes.
I wanted to go closet digging but Tammy convinced me otherwise. It is a pretty disturbing thought that a strange man would be sniffing my wife's shoes....even for me.
I wonder.....what is the attraction to this....women's old shoes are definitely stinky! Women's feet are pretty and even sexy but I just don't see the excitement of smelling the shoes that they were in. Jogging shoes and high heels sell the best.
Why would they want to know the size.....do they have like a size 7 nose? "Describe the scent please," What the hell......they stink....like feet! Why would anyone pay good money for old nasty shoes?
Do they put wigs on the sneakers and set them at the dinner table? Do they name them? Do they slowly untie the laces with their teeth? French kiss with the shoe tongue?
I understand foot fetish to some degree.....shoe fetish...I just don't get it! Just think about it....someone out there would love to smell your stinky old shoes...what a world!
Do they call new shoes, "Virgins"?

I just wanted to comment being I am one of the "weird" guys that happen to find women's feet and shoes (athletic shoes only) are sexy...I I can only describe it as a curiosity thing such as I wonder about the feet in those sneakers....how do they look or smell...I don't take used tennis shoes out to dinner or anything...I guess I just have always wondered what the big deal is.... LOL, I know allot of ladies made a whole load of money (and probably still do), selling their used knickers in the back of those "Adult" magazines. One woman was getting so many orders that she had to invite a load of her female friends around to sit and chat whilst wearing knickers that they would give back to her before they left, (absolutely true I promise).
