is called a tense jaw.
Apnea happens when there is an obstruction in the breathing passage , either at the palate or at the base of the tongue. When the air passes through the narrow passage, vibration of the soft tissues occurs and this causes snoring . It can also be due to the reduction in the tone of the muscles in the pharynx .
A person snores loudly, but it's noticed that the person may even stops breathing for a brief period of time,before he starts breathing/snoring again.
Frankly speaking snoring is a slow killer. It can impair the quality and longevity of one's life, even cause strain on the right side of the heart.
The most common reason of snoring is that the airways are blocked by weakened muscles which needs to be strengthened, the exercise that could be done is simple and beneficial,by doing these simple exercise we can effectively start strengthening these muscles and clear up the airways.
It is advisable to keep an ideal weight and your body in shape. This can improve Your health. Maintaining your weight makes you less vulnerable to the risks that are related to snoring. Fat Person have bulkier necks that contain excess muscular tissue this cause more breathing obstacles. The throat doesn't manage extra fatty tissue, which can lead to obstructions, preventing natural respiration.thus leading to snoring
Smoking chewing tobacco or drinking frequently, makes a person more susceptible to snoring habits because the chemicals from these things provoke many reactions which worsen the conditions.Esophagus is lined with a specific kind of cells that convert into another type once the smoke from cigars get in touch with them, this causes an extraordinary production of mucus and block the airway passage.Moreover our throat muscles loosen during sleep and makes it harder for us to breathe and the natural flow of the air to the lungs is restricted.
Sleep on your side and you could stop the muscle from relaxing, and this would have a miracle impact on your snoring. 1)put your upper jaw and lower jaw together very lightly.
2)next open your mouth pressing the molars as wide a part as u can, without stretching .repeat
this exercise 10 to 20 times in a day
3)be sure you focus on your molars .all that matters is putting the molars together and then
lowering your jaw ,like hinges on the door for about 20 times in the row.
4)after some time we feel our jaw muscles strengthening and back of the mouth opening up
this is a weak tissue that you are contracting which you feel opening up your airways
5)doing yogic exercise also helps to improve the condition ,bhamrari, ujjayi prayanaam and Simhagarjan asana or Roaring lion poses and then roaring like a lion with your tongue pulled out helps to get rid of snoring do it 5 times twice ,it will help a lot .even kapalbhati helps to remove snoring along with other aliments that has developed by snoring ,It is very easy to practice for everyone. The important thing is to
breathe in normally and breathe out forcefully so as to influence the
organs of the abdominal area.this will work on your entire body problems .
