Social Network

Social Network is a great place to make friends. There are other things that can be done using a Social Network that could be done on any social network. Some things can only be done on certain social networks though. 

• Link Advertising- Some chat sites allow you to place links on your home page, allowing people to click on it and go to a web site of your choice. You could actually use that link feature to direct people to your web site or blog, getting more traffic to your page, and eventually earning you more money. Some allow you to post only one link, others allow you to post more than one link
• Video Advertising-Videos are allowed to be posted on the majority of social network. If you have software such as Windows Movie Maker, you could create a video, advertising something, and post it on the site. Now that product could be anything, including something that belongs to you such as an invention you created or a web site/blog you created. Eventually it will bring you more income if you play your cards right.
• Blog Advertising-Advertising is blogs are common nowadays. People can advertise their product on the social network of their choice by creating a blog. Most blogs allow you to post links in them, so if the social network of your choice allows links to be inserted in blogs, don't hesitate to place them in the blog. When you do it though, make sure your blog is very detailed with rich information, but with that straight to the point type of approach and it may pay off.
• Friends-Friends on these sites could mean more revenue to you. Exposing them to a web site such as Hubpages.com could get you a lot of money. If you can make the web site sound as good as it really is by giving all the details, you can refer them to the site under your profile, getting you more income. 

Some of the chat sites have revenue sharing programs and are strictly for business. People are on those web sites for the soul purpose of earning extra income. Those social networks have two ways for you to financially benefit from:

1. Opportunities-Offering financial information may not only help the people who you are giving the information to, but if you lead them to referrals, it could pay off to you as well. A lot of legit sites allow you to earn more money if you refer people who are active members of the web site. You can also find opportunities that you may not know about, giving you more ways to earn money online. So while you are trying to refer people, you can get referred to other opportunities, getting you more income from two different positions of this transaction
2. Revenue Sharing- The social networks that I speak of allow you to make money by participating in the site, doing the usual things you do for free on other web sites such as Myspace.
