Well, according to Wikipedia, Web 2.0refers to web development and web design. These development and design helps to promote information sharing, interoperability and user-friendliness. Also social network sites or SNSs allows users to join a list of other users with whom they share a connection with. With these properties of SNSs, it has become a focus of most internet marketers, business owners and even hackers.

Social networks and web 2.0 are great tools in helping you stay connected with your networks and friends. Not only that, it is also a great way to promote your products online just like what most companies are doing now.
