Benefits in addition to salary. Can be used to encourage people working in poorly paid jobs and were created for the purpose of escaping the income tax.

This set of factors does not act in isolation and only analyzed together give an overview of what is meant by an employment pay. This is to create conditions in which people feel in situations of emotional balance.
