Step 1: See if you can get a friend you trust to start the clan with you, if not it might be alittle slower getting poeple to join at first.I suggest you get a mic(microphone),player with mic`s have a big advantage over player`s that dont.Mic`s help when playing with other player`s and recruiting for your clan. but if you dont have a mic its ok.

Step 2: Think of a Clan Name and tag, try and think of a clan name that is catchy. It will help people remember it when there talking to friends that play socom to. Also the tag should have somthing in common with the clan name like "FTB" which stands for "Fire Team Bravo"(do no use this clan name or tag its already in use).

Step 3:  You need to set some rules for your can now like no gliching,hacking,times you should get on,meetings,stuff like that.

after these 3 steps you should start recruiting.when you recruit someone you need to tell them the rules.Some people might not like the rules. This is were you find out what type of clan leader you are,You either tell them take it or leave it,or be nice and change it to make the member happy.

  You wanna stay in contact with your clan members as much as possible. A good way to do that is to make a e-mail only for socom clan stuff. Ex. if my name in socom was DieHard26 id try to make my e-mail DieHard26@......... this alows  you to stay in touch with your clan and you know who your talking to and keep upcomeing events knowble.i knew one guys who made a clan message board it was a really good idea.

 If you can find a two co-leaders(THAT YOU TRUST!) thats good. one is to take over in your absence and the second is when you make a second roster he can take over the 2nd roster.You should say in touch with the second roster`s leader alot! y? because you need to know the list of his/her`s roster ask him/her to give you the list and tell your roster to add them.

 Alot of clans die out because of lack of cammunacationand not fixing there problems. if you wanta strong and healthy clan you need totalk with your clanif 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 or even 10people have a problems you need to take them in a private room and come up with a solution. if you do every thing in this guide i garentee a strong clan.
