These are all personal favourites of mine. I should mention all or most of these songs are beautiful ballads. Have you ever been so deeply in love and heard a certain song that really described how you were feeling or have you ever felt down about something and needed to hear that special song too? Maybe you just love these songs... I've found these songs to be helpful love songs and sad songs but great nevertheless. What ever mood your in these are some great tunes that you just want to hear.

Let's start off with a real beautiful sad song called "Neither One Of Us" by Gladys Knight. It's such a beautiful song that I listen to when I'm blue. Another song is by Todd Rundgren called "Can We Still Be Friends". I know there are some people that can relate to that song. I know a lot of great songs and one that really stands out is "I Will Remember You" by Sarah Mclachlan. Now if you haven't heard this song go ahead and listen it's such a beautiful song and she puts a lot of emotion in it. I just love those songs.

I know a lot of people love songs from John Lennon and "Isolation" is a real great song that happens to be one of my favourite songs by him. A great song called "Trampled Rose" is good to hear sung by Alison Krauss from the album Raising Sand. She has a very great voice. Bill Withers song "Aint No Sunshine" is also very great to listen to. He's just a great singer and the song is great!

 I love Daryl Hall from Hall & Oates and his song "Sara Smile" is a great love song. I could listen to him sing all day. I know Elton John has a lot of great songs and one in particular is "Tiny Dancer". Another great love song is by one of my favourite guitarists, Eric Clapton. The song is called "Wonderful Tonight". "I'm Still in Love With You", by none other than Al Green. That song is very beautiful and the way he sings it is real good. I also love Smokey Robinson and it's obvious the song has to be "Ooh Baby Baby". I love Sheryl Crow's music and a really great song is called "Strong Enough" from her first album, Tuesday Night Music Club. That is such a good song.I don't know how many of you have the album Jupiter's Darling by Heart, but there is a song called, "Things" that I really enjoy.

Queen also had some beautiful songs and I'm not talking about "Fat Bottom Girls"(ha ha). One really good song is "Best Friend". Freddie Mercury had a great voice. Roberta Flack sang a real great tune by the name of "Killing Me Softly." She's also a great singer and she has a lot of great love songs. I love a lot of songs by Joni Mitchell and one of my favourites is called, "A Case of You." Her lyrics are beautiful and so is her voice. I'm going to end this with a song by Robert Plant. The song is called..."Please Read The Letter" from the album Raising Sand. I'm glad he teamed up with Alison Krauss. He has a great voice.
