So, what do you do if you or a loved one sees ghosts in your office, apartment or house? Many people nation wide are reporting a lot of times seeing ghosts especially in a new house after purchase. There are many reasons beyond our realm and control, but most psychics share as a norm that the spirits are trapped here on earth and have unfinished business. Possibly the spirits that are sharing our residencies may have died of a traumatic death or feel they have ownership over your office, home or apartment. In some cases when people purchase a home and it is in need of remodeling the residents report after starting the remodel of seeing " Ghosts". This theory holds up because the person working on the house is changing the structure and the Ghost feels you are invading their space. Other people report immediately after moving into a haunted house or office late at night or their apartment that they see the spirits of the dead. As creepy as it may seem they are real and do exist. So, here are some tips on what to do:

1) Call a Psychic and have them come over and assess the situation

2) Psychic's will usually have investigators that will use recording devices or take photos in the residency.

3) Contact the Catholic Church and work to get your house blessed by a Priest with holy water and possibly burnt sage.

4) Some extreme Cases where there are demonic spirits an exorcism is recommended by a Catholic Priest

5) Work with the Psychic and paranormal investigators in gaining as much information about who the ghost is that is in your house and if it was seen by past residents that lived there. Start a historical journal and a journal of who you see and occurrences.

6) Do not panic and show fear in most cases the spirit is checking you out like you are checking them out. Most cases they are not harmful if you show them it is your house and your in control.

8) Keep a Bible and Cross close by to your bed side as some people report this is a deterrent from the spirits especially if they are evil and demonic.
