Sony DSC-W55

Sony W-55 is a better camera than Kodak. DSC W55 is 7.2 megapixel also and... well to be frank the face detection thing is only fun for a while. DSC-W55 is better than easyshare v803 and the oly fe-230, but remember that the camera is only a tool. Whatever the camera it is, you can always get a good picture if you know how to use your camera well.

Memory:

It takes only Memory Stick Duo or Memory Stick Pro Duo.

Tips for Low Lighting:

For low light photography you need a tripod. That will cut down on blurring. You may want to consider a camcorder with 0 lux capability, but I doubt that they would let you record at a concert. If they did you would be able to capture stills from the video. Anyway even if you did have a tripod it still wouldn't matter. The shutter stays open longer in low light. And I doubt the band will stand still long enough for you to take the picture. In the end it will still blur!!

For Best Quality:

Always shoot using the highest resolution and file size possible. Because if you don't you might as well have bought a cheaper camera!

Use the Program mode rather than Auto - it gives you more options.

Master the "half way down" technique for pressing the trigger button.

Hold the camera with BOTH hands and don't wave it around in the air like a crazy person.

How to Delete Photos:

Go to menu and choose the last option which I think is called "set up" then choose the memory icon and from there you can choose to "Format" and all the pictures will be gone. But before you do that make sure that your pictures are copied in your computer so you wont lose them. There's NO WAY back after formatting!
