South Port Sailing Club Regatta

One design racing sailors enjoyed near ideal conditions in South Port Sailing Club's regatta on the DRYA one design course on Lake St. Clair June 14. The day was sunny and the wind was moderate out of the west. Twenty-five degree wind shifts rewarded the sailors who kept an eye on their compasses and kept in phase with the shifts.

I've never been able to fully enjoy being on a small boat in the middle of deep infested-with-who-knows-what water. Hehe. :P That photo with the boat almost turning over to the side looks scary to me. :P

You're not in the pictures? I wanted to see the Lorax. :)
