Hi RachelOrd! I am glad to see you're posting here and know Lucy! What a great landmark! The whole area looks like a wonderful place to explore.
Good stuff! Yeah, NJ is great and what makes it wonderful are the people :)
Hi Patty. Liked your Hub - but PLEASE in the future - don't include Ocean County as a part of "South Jersey" - as we are not.
We are the "Jersey Shore".
Living in NJ will tell the truth. Ocean County is too far north of the places that you speak about. Sure, we are south..... but not that far south.
Anyway, you did a great job. Will look for more hubs from you in the future. Thank you.
JerseyGirl firend - My apologies for the slipup! You are Jersey Shore to me form now on and I'm glad you told me. Only someone closer to the picture can put us clear on this.
I'll do some correcting and add a couple of maps asap. Thanks again!
I was yanking your chain! You really did a great job with this hub, I was impressed with the vast amount of info you have. Us Jersey Shore folks just seems to have a problem not being "recognized" as such. We tend to have our own "ways", which differ from the other residents in the state. Only at the Jersey Shore could you find people during a winter storm, at the beach with shorts and flip flops on! I will have to invite you down for a visit - you can stay with us - but maybe the summertime is better for you!!! Thanks again for a great hub. Take care!!
I'm sorry, but I've misplaced my chain :) Anyway, I'd do winter at the Shore in a heartbeat. But I will come by and visit you. I will still do some Jersey Shore highlights, because I am now very interested.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Patty - None - the - less - a good HUB on your part. Best to you and look forward to more. :)
