Zero Gravity Lounge Chair

Relax the Back

You will be surprised as to how much of your well-being is connected to your back. Back stress can lead to digestive issues; aches and pain to arms and legs as well and mood swings.

Jaz Live Cash Culture has a direct link to Relax the Back. This site gives detailed information on spinal health, including graphics; medical terminology and related symptoms so visitors can communicate exactly what is going on with their body to their own physicians. No sign-ups are necessary from this site to view SpineUniverse informations regarding; aging, low-back pain, slip of spine; whiplash and much more!

The site also has a variety of ergonomic furniture to support spine health as well as exercise accessories. I am saving for a "zero gravity lounge chair" - I am an avid user of items for back support, i.e., my desk unit is a Swiss model. This model requires that I rest my knees on a platform that supports most of my body weight and sort of sit on a higher platform, while I spend hours in the sitting position. I still have to pry myself up to take breaks to free up my circulation. I am a Disabled Veteran [less than 30% disabled in the lower back - limited motion since 1976] from the VietNam Era.

After the "zero gravity lounge chair" -- I plan to get the exercise ball for I am also restricted in the types of exercise I can perform and the ball will greatly enhance my stretching routines.

That looks weird but a lot of fun, not to mention good for you. Thanks for sharing it.

Thank you for visiting comfyseat63!

I have suffered with back pain since the latter 70s from an injury in basic training. The position of the man in the chair is what I have done over the years with body pillows on the floor overlapped to the seat of the sofa. I had to study and take naps on my pillows. This position relieves pressure from the bottom of the spine. I own a Swiss Chair which entails a kneeling position, again the weight of sitting upright is on the knees, not the tail bone.
