If you have a collection of media that you would like to deliver in a sequence (like chapters) then I suggest you use Splashcast. You can combine video, music, photos, narration, text and RSS feeds. All of this is delivered a cool compact player that you can easily embed in a website. I like the channel guide feature...you can quickly jump to a portion of the presentation you're watching. I could see this site being of great benefit to creators of internet-based indie films and audio books.

Basically Splashcast allows you to create a channel of various media that you can then combine into a sequenced presentation.
