We have 8 games left with 4 games separating the 2nd spot to the 8th spot so these last games are crucial spurs didnt play last night but denver did play utah with denver getting the win giving them a 1 game lead over the spurs for the 2nd spot  as of right now spurs would face portland in the 1st round but with the race so close to the end there no way of telling where it will end up.

spurs did get some good use tony parker was named player of the week and was the 4th player in spurs kistory to score 10,000 points. tonight spurs play the indiana pacers hoping to get back on the winning track with very few games left.
