Star Wars

Star Wars is a way of life in my household. My husband got me hooked on it when we were dating and now we've created two more Star Wars fans -- our two sons.

Our oldest son is by far the bigger fan out of the two boys. Our youngest loves Star Wars, but he is also into Lord of the Rings, TMNT, etc.... Our oldest son can recite all the lines from the movies and usually on car trips he and my husband will go back and forth pretty much "acting" out the whole movie vocally. It's impressive.

Star Wars has action, love, humor, cool gadgetry and special effects. We have all the movies, in several formats...LOL. My sons have an enormous Star Wars toy collection and it just keeps on growing. Their father loves to collect Star Wars memorabilia as well. Our house is full of it, and I love it.

If you have never watched any of the movies yet, I recommend giving them a chance. They may not be for everyone, but there are billions of fans out there. We wish George Lucas would continue the franchise as he originally intended so long ago, but it doesn't appear as if this will be happening any time soon. We don't plan on giving up hope, just yet.

Star Wars I: The Phantom Menace

Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones

Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith

You will see that they are not in order by number, but are listed in the order that they came out. There are also two animated DVD's on the market, The Clone Wars vol. I and II. These take place between movies II and III. These are really good too. At this time, George Lucas is working on another animated Star Wars series and a live-action Star Wars series, both for television.
