STARSCAPES Home Business Review - Just Below My Imagination

Starscapes says "just beyond your imagination!" But I beg to differ...

I definitely wouldn't spend $3997 on it!

STARSCAPES, founded by Joe Petrashek, is a "home business opportunity" where they claim you can become an Artist-Illusionist and make Big Bucks painting Star galaxy murals on ceilings of homes, hotels, businesses, etc... If you've never heard of Starscapes you can take a look at their website @ www.starscapes.com I must say it is a very engaging site so don't get too caught-up in it - at least not before you read my personal review - from there it's all up to you whatever you decide to do.

My Review

I recently ordered the Starscapes Intro Pack that they swear is free but anyway, I paid $19.95 shipping & handling for it. What I received is what I consider the worst business introductory package that I've ever encountered. They sent me two Giant sheets of paper with hundreds of teeny weeny circles on it, a toothpick (yes a toothpick) and some glow-in-the-dark paint.

The HYPE!!! Behind Starscapes is that once I took the time to paint these tiny little circles with my little toothpick, it would make me anxious enough to rush and order their complete $3997 StarBiz Business pack! ...yeah right. After the tedious venture of painting just one of those giant papers full of miniature circles, with a tiny toothpick mind you, I didn't have the best impression about this thing; they were definitely not on my good side. The finished product had better be darn good and Worth It! I muttered to myself.

I continued with all of the instructions. It said afterwards to view the poster in a dark room. So to be on the safe side I waited for nightfall to come because I wanted the Full Effect!) They said the poster would come to life with all the stars in the galaxy perfectly aligned - shooting stars and all! Well nightfall finally came and I followed all instructions to the tee, energized the poster with light and everything before going to dark. As I adjusted my eyes and glared at the poster...sitting there in the dark...I thought to myself... "Are You Kidding Me!"...All I saw was some glow-in-the -dark circles, no shooting stars, no special effects, Nothing amazing at all! It just didn't live up to the Hype for me:-| Heck I could have gotten this effect with a few dollars and a trip to the art supply store!

Look maybe Starscapes has something good going on, and just maybe their Intro Package doesn't do it justice (if this is the case then they need to stop being cheap and invest in pre-painted posters that exemplify the real effect that they're trying to portray to business prospects). Regardless, the the posters and my little toothpick is all I had to go by. And based on that, there is No Way In Hell that I would invest $3997 in the complete Starbiz Business Package. You can forget it! Painting hundreds of tiny little circles with a tiny toothpick to see lackluster results is ridiculous!

Makes me wonder if they make their money largely by selling those little kiddie $19.95 Intro Packs and a dream...things that make you go hmmm???

For this stunt, STARSCAPES gets a FAT CROWN in the *HALL Of SHAME* from me. Wasn't impressed, Not recommended.

P.S. The intro pack did state that it had a money back guarantee, but by the time I wasted my time and energy on this JOKE, I wasn't about to waste another second of my valuable time even fooling with this stuff -- Instead I just trashed the posters! And I decided to voice my honest opinion about my purchase - so that others thinking about this could take it into their OWN consideration. There are many companies on the web that tout Money-back guarantee but they know even with that being said - the majority of people won't bother returning things for whatever reason. Quite frankly many feel burned, embarrassed, or some just don't even want to bother fooling with it like myself. Therefore, many companies and Scams still come out on top with this marketing method. Now I myself never said Starscapes was a scam...who knows? All I know for sure is that I didn't like it, was not impressed, and still don't feel it's worth it -At All.

For those who want to purchase Starscapes ~ Knock Yourself Out! That's your prerogative, but don't say that I and others didnt warn you.
