Starvation Diets Don't Work
60Don't Starve Yourself
Begin dropping fat without Pills that do Zilch!
Genetics play a fundamental purpose in body composition and our bodies are hard-wired to stack away fat as a precaution against upcoming starvation. With a typical work-out schedule you can overthrow your body's sensitivity to lay in calories. Diet pills are a fantasy! Diet pills will not allow you to lose weight on their own! A workout plan is the practical approach to overseeing body make-up. All those common myths and stories about throwing off weight with high-velocity employing expensive work out equipment and pills are lies! Learning a means to make physical exercise exiting and changing work out programs sustain your motivation and not allow you to get burned out.
Losing pounds by starving yourself. Maintaining weight lost by depriving yourself does not work out. You will gain everything back the second you stop the diet. In addition, your metabolic process will slow down as a outcome of the sizable reduction in calorie consumption. This means that not only will your body begin burning calories less often (meaning you will be able to assimilate even fewer calories before you achieve the number at which you set about gaining weight), but it will also go into starvation mode (since your body doesn't know when its next feeding time is coming, it will endeavor to lay in as much energy as achievable in the form of fat to prepare for a possible starvation regime).
Finally, as you keep dieting in that way, you will eventually set about consuming muscle in addition to water weight. The water weight you will easily return, but the muscle you won't (which will make it even to a greater extent difficult for you to manipulate your weight in the future, since smaller muscle mass signifies somewhat lower metabolism).
Just don't do it - fuse exercise and diet (I know, I know, you in all likelihood already heard it a million times).

Haha love the graphic
I think deep down that people know that starving themselves is bad but they are just so desparate to lose weight. The fact that people will go to all sorts of lengths to lose weight really scares me.
I've heard of college wrestlers actually dying after a match from fasting while working out all the time. I used to drop weight for High School wrestling and it felt very very unhealthy. There is never an easy road that's for sure.
Plus, starving is not fun. Just go healthy and things will be okay.

You are so, so right! Diet pills and fad diets are for lazy, uneducated people who want it all now and aren't prepared to work for it. There ain't no miracle cure!
