Make Money at Home

Stay at home Mom's already have a full time job taking care of kids, cleaning house, grocery shopping and other tedious day to day chores. But what if you could actually earn money part- time in your down time? I am here to give you some tips on making money at home and also give you tips on how to save more money!

Tip to making money on with your own computer:

These tips are things you can do while the kids are at school, taking a nap or after they've gone to bed. They are easy to set up and if you put some effort into it you'll be making extra spending cash in no time!

1. Start blogging. If you have a blog, great! If not then start one, talk about anything you'd like, fashion, your kids, entertainment, ANYTHING. Then sign up for sites like payperpost.com which will pay you money to write about certain topics. They have a huge range of topics so don't think you'll only be having to write about business opportunities or Internet technology. They dohave women specific topics. Payperpost does want you to have a a few articles under your belt posted on your blog before they will start paying you the big bucks for posts. There are many sites besides payperpost that will let you do the same thing.

2. Put ads on your blog. Make them inter-related to the topics you are discussing. This makes it easier for people to click on them thus generating revenue for you! Google adsense and Amazon.com are great ones to start out with.

3. Apply to be a local writer for your community. The Examiner.com is hiring people in all fields from parenting to entertainment to food critics. The want people from all over the United States to write articles specific to their own community. The best part is that it's a work from home job! Write only a few articles a week and earn money based on the number of views on your site. All you have to do to apply is go to their website and search for your local city, then just chose a topic that is open for hire! You get $50 with their referral program, so make sure you tell them i sent ya :)

4. Start selling on Ebay! It's very easy to get signed up and you can pick your own price to sell your stuff at instead of just taking what the local consignment stores is willing to give you. I've found that i was able to sell my childrens slightly used brand name clothing for double the amount than at a consignment store. The trick is to sell them in bunches, not one item per sale. People think they are getting more of a deal if they get more in one auction. Sell a few outfits at a time at say $20-30 and most of the time that price will rise by the end of the auction. This is a good way to get rid of toys that are in high demand and in good condition.

5. Sign up for American Consumers Opinion. They will send you surveys monthly based on your demographic. Every time you take a survey you'll be entered into a monthly drawing for $10,000. If you pass their screener questions for these surveys then you also be paid a specific amount ( most range about $5-$9 based on length). The surveys are easy to take and are normally pretty short.

Tips to saving more money , which in the end makes you more money!

1. Play the Grocery Game. Tired of clipping coupons and forgetting about them? This website will tell you the best time to get the most out of them. For example, if you have a coupon for snack bars- this site will tell you when those snack bars are on sale at your local grocery store so when you use your coupon you save double the amount! All you have to do is pay a small fee and enter in your local grocery store and it will do the work for you! I've been able to save over 50% on my grocery bill just by knowing the right time to use my coupons!

2. Sign up for newsletters to your favorite brands of products. Most of the time these sites will email you coupons for certain amounts off their products that aren't offered anywhere else. This works for restaurants too.

3. Join a video renting service like Netflix. I've found this is so much cheaper than renting movies from the local store. It's only 9.95 a month for a one DVD rental. This means you can rent as many times a month as you want, just in 1 DVD quantities. You can also view movies live on your computer as well. Think about how much you pay for local stores, $4-5 for new ones and sometimes they don't always have what you want. Netflix has the biggest selection of movies I've ever seen including hard to find DVDs. You can also reserve movies that haven't even come out yet!

So put these tips to work for you and you can come up with a lot more extra cash than you ever thought you could, all while staying at home!
