56Tests are important part of a students life. He or she has to sit in thousands of tests throughout their studenthood. In order to perform well on tests one needs to do sufficient preparation beforehand. This also ensures that you do not get jittery.
If you know the test partly and you are getting nervous, stop for a moment and think about the consequences of performing bad at test. Once you realize the consequences you will automatically stop feeling bad. This is not so because you will always have good results of performing bad at test. It will only help you to plan your next move. It will force you to learn better. And on the other hand ther are some tests that are not very important. So performing bad at them may not harm you really.
