Stem Cell Research and Chris Matthews
55Stem Cell Research,Chris Matthews
Everyone has an opinion on this. Conservatives and religious leaders don't like it. Many others do.
Conservatives do not like the fact President Obama is allowing stem cell research. WHY? As you know they conservatives are basically Christians, and they do not like not having power. However, what many of these people do not get is that all the embryos are donated to science. None of these embryos are from abortions. Even if they were why are you complaining about it? First of all if any one who has a loved one who could be helped by stem cells, wouldn't you want that help? I know I would. Given the fact my mother in law has MS a disease that destroys the nervous system, if she can live a better healthier life without MS because of stem cells than so be it. I bet that those who object to stem cell research, would want it if one their family members could use it. Not to many republicans are for this, I know of one my states senator Arlen Specter, he is for this, he under stands many of the people he serve for wants this to pass. He himself could be a recipient of this procedure. Since he does have cancer.Since Specter is a Republican that actually looks out for his people I stand behind this guy. There are more people I can think of that are for this procedure than against it, then again many of those probably are not that of the religious type. Republicans in congress and Christians can't stand the fact that the American people are not like what was believed while George Bush was President. He called Americans stupid.
I am putting down on a wager that after stem cell research is proved to be valuable, one of the first ones to go through the procedure will either be a christian or a Republican. Then I will sit here and show exactly how two faced these people are. Let me say I don't have a problem with Christians who live their lives and not live the lives of all Americans. That's were I have the problem. Power hungry fools.
As for Chris Matthews, I like you on your show. I like MSNBC as a whole. But Mr Matthews when you interview an Bush administration official please do not hesitate to be a little more stiff. Most of America has seen through the lies and deceit of the Bush administration, and they need to justify themselves on why they destroyed my country, the American peoples country. The actions of dictator are not that of a true American, and I commend you Chris for being stiff on these idiots. If that were me doing that interview I know for certain I would have the Bush administrations feet to the fire and I know i would have some expletives and caring about who gets offended. Almost like I am when I write these articles. I see it like this, the more offensive you are the more you are understood. Your never going to make everyone happy with what you say. So why even try. If you have to be more offensive and more stiff please do so. And pass that word on to Olbermann also. I know its not journalistic if your not tossing softball questions. The bigger the softball the better the interview. But remember George Bush not in office any more and the first amendment right is going again. The first amendment the right for free press. Also freedom of speech. Even though there are so many Americans who do not want to hear the truth because they can't handle it, there are so many who want the truth and we can handle it. So please I want to see offensive journalism. I want to see the hard driving questions. No more softball questions. If Fox news doesn't do this thats ok, because it shows how much they kiss Republican backside.
