breath,need help, give address). Having breathing problems is no joke.Anything can bring on lung trouble.The key to survive the trouble of breathing is being prepared.There are somethings you should know and do.

Knowing your peak flow values is very important.Everyones values are diffierent.But the reason is that when you drop to low you will know to go to the hospital or call your doctor.Sometimes you cannot get a high peak flow value.Stay calm know your own body.Is your body telling you to take medication again or call doctor.Whatever it is have a plan.Follow the frequency of medication(times to be taken).You can breath easier when you have already a plan in place.Create steps to get you breathing better.Before you have trouble.
