the new steroid user

I was watching a sports t, when I realized that one of my favorite baseball players had been accused of using steroids. My heart sank. "Big Papi" was the person in the headlines. He joined Manny Ramirez as another Red Sox player on the infamous list. Ortiz has publicly stated before this story that he opposes the use of steroids and that if someone used steroids they should be punished. It seemed like even he was shocked that he tested positive for steroids. Were the players being given steroids without even knowing it? I hope that the allegations are wrong and that the beloved player David Ortiz can get back to being a star with the Red Sox. Ortiz had taken the drug test anonymously as well as other players to see if the amount of players taking steroids was above 5%. The purpose was not to give up the names and make an embarrassment out of the players, but now many players are looked down upon by fans for using steroids. To stop the use of steroids for good all players should be tested every 3 months to ensure they are not taking steroids, and a clear set of rules for the use of drugs must be established.
