Stir Fried Bean Curd with Szechuan Sauce

Ingredients :

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp (1 ml) salt
  • 2 green onions, cut in ¾ inch
  • 2 cups bean curd, cut in (2 cm) cubes
  • 5 tbsp (75 ml) Szechuan sauce

Procedure :

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add salt, white of green onions and bean curd cubes. Stir fry gently to heat through.
  2. Add szechuan sauce. And simmer 3 minutes. Stir in green onion tops and serve.

Makes 6-8 servings.
