Stompa Beds are all the rage all across the UK and Europe. For some reason, they have not really transitioned into the US market, but they should. For the uninitiated, Stompa Beds are made mostly for kids, but they are much more than beds. They can include desks and bureaus with drawers in them. They are really like a full set of furniture for kids, with it all centering around the place of sleep.

They are made from Norwegian trees, which is a mighty fine wood if I do say so myself. And they are also as safe as you would expect from such a high-class manufacturer who is the best at what it does. Stompas go through a rigorous testing process before they are released to the public. You will be able to sleep soundly at night knowing your kids are under no threat whatsoever from their very own beds!

Many in the US call the Stompa Beds by another name, loft full size beds.

Stompa Mid Sleepers

Mid Sleeper Stompa Beds elevate the actual sleeping place a few feet off the ground. Underneath the mattress there is a bunch of drawers and cabinets built in where the child can store his or her clothes, or school supplies, or whatever else they want to put in there. The mid sleeper will also commonly have a desk extending out of it, so that kids can do their homework.

This Stompa bed is a great solver of the problem of having a bit of a limitation of space in your kid’s room. It uses the area very wisely, and can be tucked into a corner and extrude from there. I think this is the whole reason Stompa was invented in the first place: to make a better use of space in small children’s bedrooms.

Stompa High Sleepers

These are obviously beds elevated even higher off the floor. It is essentially the height of a bunk bed at this juncture. Typically with a high Stompa bed, you will keep a desk and dresser underneath the mattress landing, so that the kid can do his homework underneath there. This actually conserves space wisely even better than the Mid-sized Stompa Sleepers.

Stompa Bunk Beds

Finally there is of course the bunk beds. Here you can just stick both of your kids one on top of the other without using up any more floor space whatsoever. These are totally innovative and children all across the world will jump for joy when they see that you’ve bought them any sort of Stompa beds. They will even do their homework more consistently because they will love having their own little “home office”.

What’s So Good About Stompa?

The real amazing thing about Stompa Beds always comes back to their space-saving methodology. In today’s tough economy you just can’t underestimate this. The elevation of the beds is precisely what makes room underneath for your kid’s little special area with a desk or a dresser or whatever you want to stick under there. Kids love it so much. It makes them feel like they are “official” and “important” to have a setup like this.

You can also get First Generation and Next Generation Stompa Beds that will diversify what you can actually do with the fine products. It will allow you to sleep one kid in the junior bedroom style First Gen. and another in the Next’s. They have really thought of everything over there in terms of solutions for children’s bedrooms and such.

How Much Do They Cost?

You might be surprised to find out that they really don’t cost an arm and a leg. The space that you save will more than pay for itself. With a big enough room, you can squeeze two entire Stompa Beds in there. Or with even less square meters you can actually just put in a Stompa bunk bed. Pack them in there like sardines for all I care. (Just kidding.)

But seriously folks, how much is it worth to you to be able to buy a house with smaller kids’ bedrooms just because Stompa has made this great innovation that is so safe and fun? That all depends upon current real estate or renting values, but I’m sure that it is smarter to just use a Stompa Bed than to buy a bigger house and sprawl all your kids’ furniture all over the place, not even making use of the vertical axes
