Beautiful, healthy, tasty, great for your body

Doesn't That Sound Great?

You might be thinking, yeah, right. No dieting, OK, what's the catch? Well, actually, there is a catch. Here it is.

You can not eat anything and everything you ever want, whenever you want, AND stay trim and healthy, not going to happen. Sorry!

But, you absolutely do not have to go hungry either. You don't have to yo-yo diet all your life. You don't have to wonder how long the next diet will take to get rid of all this new weight or the weight you've been carrying around for a while. You can be trim, strong, healthy and still eat. Sound good? Here's how.

It's all about WHAT you eat. In order to stay within an ideal weight for your frame, you need to eat what your body needs. Your body does not need cake, cookies, candy, soda, chips, pastries, donuts, etc. You may want it, but you do not need it. That list is endless. What your body does need is fresh fruit, fresh veggies, 100% fruit juice, lightly steamed veggies, lean white meat, nuts, legumes (beans), herbal tea, honey, agave syrup, vitamins, minerals, sprouts and this list goes on.

Now, I know that this is a limited amount of choices.....but it is all dependent on how healthy you want to be and how creative you are or are willing to learn about. You can have many choices of dishes with this food. It's a matter of reconditioning yourself to know that you do not need to eat junk or unusable foods that taste good only, but have no value whatsoever to your body.

Here's My Recommendation

Start with a complete colon and live cleanse. Get your free guide here. By starting with a cleanse, you will be starting with a clean slate and can begin building from there toward a healthy eating pattern and successful weight loss. Request "The Basic Cleanse" first. This is the easier one and you won't get discouraged. It's a simple 7 day cleanse. It's mild and gentle with everything you need for a good cleaning.

After your cleanse, continue eating as you did during the cleanse, but now you need to add a couple of things.

1. Exercise

Exercise is extremely important in weight loss and in overall health. You need to add arobic exercise and strength exercises.

Lets start with arobic. This does not have to be something huge. It can be as simple as walking. If you can walk for 45 minutes every day, this is plenty of arobic exercise, as long as it's not a stroll. You should be able to go 3 miles in 45 minutes, so be sure to time yourself and how far you are going. Get a pedometer.

Are you out of shape?

OK, so you are just starting out. You have been mistreating your body for a long time. You are not eating right, you don't exercise, but you have decided to do this. You want to get healthy and stay that way.

Well, during your cleanse, start slowly. Go out for a 10 minute walk, not a fast pace, something comfortable. Do this every day for a week. Be patient with yourself. If you push too much, too soon, you will have sore muscles and stop.

On week two, add 5 minutes per day. Week 3 another 5 minutes. See the pattern? Each week add another 5 minutes, until you are walking 45 minutes 6 to 7 days a week.

Now, you need to up the pace. Right now, you are probably able to do 2 miles in 45 minutes. Remember the goal is 3 in that time, so now you need to push yourself a little harder. Walk faster for a while and then back to normal. Continue this until you reach the goal. three miles in 45 minutes.

OK, lets see how long this will take from start to finish. When you do it this way, it will take you approximately 8 to 10 weeks. I think the best time to start a program like this is at the beginning of good weather. I live in a cold climate, so when I started it was spring. Now I do it year round. I just mix it up a little. Spring, Summer and Autumn, I walk 1 hour a day. Winter, I am going to start snow shoeing. I've never done it before and I can't wait for snow. In good weather, sometimes I roller blade, hike, bike. I like to mix it up so I don't get bored, doing the same thing everyday. As long as I get my heart rate up and keep it there for about an hour, I don't really care HOW I do that. Some of these other ways are fun, so try any of them that apeal to you.

More Exercise

OK, so now you have your arobic exercise down. You go out everyday for 45 minutes and walk 3 miles. GREAT!!!

Now, I want you to add one more thing.

Strength Training

This is also very important for weight management. Muscle burns fat 24/7. That means that even while you're sleeping, your muscles are burning fat. How cool is that?

Where to start.

Go to any sports store. Ask to see the dumbells. They should have anything from 1 pound all the way up to, I don't know, 50 pounds? Anyway you will probably want to start with nothing more than 5 pounds if you have never done this. Also, depending on your age. Start small.

For your arms, you need to do a gentle stretch. Stretch the front, back and sides of each arm. Now, pick up your dumbell and do 10 curls with each arm. Great! Now, lift your arms all the way over your head, straight up. Now, let your hands drop, slowly behind your head, elbows pointed toward the ceiling. Do this 10 times each arm. That takes care of the front and back of your upper arm.

For a total upper body workout, try a pushup. You do not have to do it from the floor. You can start by doing it against a wall, for instance. Place your hands on the wall about shoulder width apart. Lean in toward the wall and back out. Repeat 10 times.

Do this every other day for 2 weeks.

Now you can either add more repetitions, or you can purchase heavier dumbells, your choice. You can also buy a weight machine, where there are all kinds of different workouts you can learn and do. A weight machine offers a bunch more idea's for a greater workout. I love mine.

The pushups can be modified. Do them against the counter in your kitchen. The lower you go, the harder it becomes. I have been doing some form of these for years and I still can not do one from the floor, even with doing it from my knees. I just don't have the upper body strength. That's OK. I'm not after big muscles anyway, just firm, strong ones that burn fat 24/7. Gotta love that!

This is a great meal, and good for you.

Customized Nutritional Supplementation

Now, all you need to add to finalize this whole package of complete body wellness is a customized nutrition regimen. This is critical. You absolutely can not get all the vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, etc from what you are eating. Even if it's organic, it is still lacking is so many necessary minerals, because of poor farming techniques and poor soil. The farmer only has to add 3 minerals to the soil for planting. Our body needs 77 minerals for optimum health. That's right, 77. That means we need to supplement in order to get the other 74 we can't get from our food.

Do you realize that you would have to eat 35 salads today to be able to compare with the nutritional value of one, 40 years ago? Want to know why? Acid rain, global warming, etc. All depleting our soil of nutrients. All the depletion is then forwarded on to us.

Also, we eat meat. What did that cow, pig, chicken, etc eat before we got it? Food from depleted soil, so they were injected with growth hormones, antibiodics, etc. We then consume it. This is all unhealthy eating. Better if it's organic, but still lacking in vital vitamins and minerals.

To get you free guide to a customized nutritional regimen, ckick on the link above, scroll down until you see, The NutriPhysical is your Guide to Customized Nutritional Supplements. When you fill out that form, I'll send that right to you. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to use the Contact Michelle Form located there as well.

Thanks so much for your time today and I wish you wellness, health, happiness and wealth.
