Cure Acid Reflux

Few people realize how incredibly related heartburn (acid reflux) is to stress. Creating an internal environment that is acid reflux free will greatly depend on managing stress. Clearly in this day and age, a life without stress is not possible. There are, however, several techniques that can help to relieve stress and thereby, stop heartburn.

There are, of course, other solutions. Over the counter drugs are the most common help aid that is used these days. What is missing from these acid reflux disease treatments is the fact that they are not as easy on your body as say, natural remedies for heartburn.

The key difference between over the counter drugs and home remedies for acid reflux that are done naturally is that the natural ones do not come with as many (if any) side effects. After all, what is the sense in trading in one ailment for another?

There’s one option that I would definitely recommend for use to immediately stop heartburn. That would include the use of apple cider vinegar for heartburn. The common mistakes people make when using this natural remedy is the fact that they do not get raw apple cider vinegar. The key is to get it raw. Then, because it is a rather potent substance, dilute it in some water and drink.

I would suggest about one capful in one cup of water. I must warn you, this acid home reflux remedy can be a lot to take. When you get used to the shock of the vinegar, you may eventually be able to take it straight. This will of course be the option that will give you the fastest results.

The trick, though, is to maintain and acid reflux-free environment. And truly, the key to that is to deal with stress in a healthy way. There are several things you can do to relieve stress. Here is one simple way to do it and still help you to stop heartburn:

Breathing Excercises:

· These should be done several times per day:

o Close your right nostril with your thumb (or any finger) and breath out through your left nostril

o Slowly in hale through your left nostril for four counts

o Hold your breath for 16 seconds

o Then do the same thing with your left nostril

Using this breathing exercise every day several times will help to reduce stress and therefore allow you to create a long term solution that will help to stop heartburn.
