Premature Ejaculation - Too Quick On the Trigger?

Are you having problem controlling your ejaculation? Can't satisfy your women? Depressed by premature ejaculation?

There are many things to do to overcome the problem of premature ejaculation. These include couple's therapy, and methods that reprogram the way we control our ejaculation. As we all know, the ability of us to have ejaculatory control is the only way you can satisfy your women and this will bring about a very satisfying sexual experience that usually has a positive effect on our sex life.

Our ( male's ) ego is closely tied to our ability to perform sexually in satisfying the women we loved. The occurance of premature ejaculation can be most disconcerting to us. Of course, any type of sexual dysfunction can deliver a serious blow to our ego. It can also cause great anxiety, distress and loss of sexual confidence to the male as well as to the couple.

the first concept we must grasp is that we need to learn to experience whole body sex and to not concentrate in the penis area alone. To enable us to truly experience good & satisfactory sex, it must be a whole body sensation.

Sensual pleasure that occurs over the entire body is very relaxing and it has been reported that male with a tense body is more likely to experience premature ejaculation. If you're always stressed and tensed, try turning your tense body into a relaxed one through whole body sexual arousal can give you more control over your ejaculate timing.

The most effective ways to achieve whole body relaxation are: 1. Taking a romantic bath and a romantic massage. 2. Take a couple's shower, that is another ideal way to enjoy entire body arousal.

We must realize that deep breathing helps to relax our body and our body has a natural desire to deep breath during sex, but for some reason we tend to fight this natural urge. If we try to counter this natural tendency, it takes away our control over ejaculation.

Learning self-control in ejaculation is sometimes achieved by learning while masturbating.

5 Steps to Learning Control:

1. Start with masturbation with a dry hand.

2. Vary how you caress your penis and you can learn to stay highly aroused without coming, which is what you need to do to avoid premature ejaculation.

3. When you feel yourself approaching your "point of no return", stop caressing for a bit. You can stroke gently or not at all depending on how confident you are.The goal at this point is to stay aroused without ejaculating.

4. You will then feel yourself becoming distanced from your point of no "return, return", this is when you can start to caress again to accomplish a more vigorous self-stimulation.

5. Repeat the above steps until you can control your ejaculation.

If you follow the above steps, you will be able to develop good ejaculatory control within a short time. Then move on to masturbation with a lubricated hand, following the same steps as above.

Lubricants increase the sensual intensity of erotic fondling. Masturbate until you approach your "point of no return", then back off. Repeat this several times over several sessions.

Gaining control is key to treatment, learn how your body responds and listen to what your body is saying. Premature ejaculation can be conquered with patience and practice.

There are many online programs that teach you how to control your ejaculation, you can learn more about these techniques here.

Well done! Great information here. I have done some research on this subject as well. It is more of a problem than people may think.
