exercises to stop snoring? It's an interesting question and it has a
real bundle of answers and one of them is if they are done in a correct
manner and do them for at least 3-4 weeks, the result will be a
reduction of the level of snoring. Another answer and something that
may happen is that you could stop snoring totally after this period,
and this is in the case the exercises do their best for you and you do
it like you should. You can't be sure how one would react to these
exercises, but I'm pretty certain that you will agree the exercises are
worth a try.
