Stopping Panic Attacks
62Panic Away
One of the worst moments of my life came about 5 years ago when I was on an airplane traveling home and it hit me. I had to get off of the plane and I mean "right now". Well as you know that is really not an option when in midflight, so I got up and went into the bathroom and splashed some water on my face and was able to pull myself back together for the rest of the flight. Never had anything like that ever happened to me in my life and it scared me to death. The worst part of it I think was the fact that I could do nothing about it as far as getting off the plane.
Well I stayed away from airplanes for about 3 years after that. If you think im going into that sardine can your nuts is what my thoughts were. But I could not go the rest of my life not getting on an airplane ever again so I started looking around for a solution. After about a month of asking around and searching the internet I found a product called PanicAway that claimed it could help me out with there easy to follow course.
After reading the course I was asked to go on a golf vacation with some friends which meant taking a flight to Las Vegas. As you can Imagine I was terrified about the thought of getting back on a plane. Right before my trip I reread the material so I knew what I was up against.
All I can say is wow. I not only did not have an attack I accually enjoyed the flight and have gone on many plane trips sinse. The techniques are so simple and striaght forword over 26,000 people have had success with it.
