I have quite a few fond memories from my youth of GI Joe as a hero of the day back in the eighties.But the new GI Joe Movie released this year not only reawakened memories and anticipation of more GI Joe action from previous teens like myself, but the movie was also a huge hit with kids. Storm Shadow is now a a household name amongst youngsters, my nephews couldn't believe that I knew who GI Joe was, typical of most youngsters today thinking that everything they see on TV and out in the cinema or even music was invented new.But there's no doubt that the GI Joe movie characters will be a popular choice amongst kids this Halloween. My nephews already have their sights set on a Snake Eyes costume and a Storm Shadow Costume.

GI was actually first made famous in comic books before being turned into a big screen success. Storm Shadow became a huge hot for fans because of his martial arts moves. And lets not forget that looking like a ninja is something most kids would like to do in their time. Its just fun.

As a result of the movie success Storm Shadow costumes have become a huge hit this Halloween. There is even rumor that Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow may hit the big screen again in their own movie due to their large success And when your kids put on the storm shadow costume he will be transformed into a Halloween ninja warrior. And don’t worry, whether it is cool or hot, the costume allows you to move quite easily and wont stifle your movement. The Storm Costume is not complete without the ninja hood.

The opening in both the eye and mouth makes it easy to see and breathe even though you may have the hood on the entire evening. If you are planning to walk around the neighborhood and feel like a real ninja then the sword is a must have item to complete your Storm Costume.

The sword comes in faux metal and is harmless. If all the kids are wearing the same storm shadow costume, you can change this up a little. You can use white matching gloves and socks with the storm outfit instead of black. And if you have daughter as well, then scarlet will be the ideal compliment to the GI Joe team.
