Strawberry Daquiri

Ingredients
- 8 ice cubes
- ½ lb (225 g) strawberries, hulled
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) granulated sugar
- 6 jiggers (9 oz or 280 ml) white rum
- juice of 2 limes or 1 lemon
Procedure
- Crush ice and place in well-chilled glasses.
- Blend all remaining ingredients and pour over crushed ice.
- Serve immediately.
Makes 4-6 servings.
