I found an Internet/Wi-Fi music player that is a very handy little gadget. It hooks up to you router by either Ethernet or by wireless.

These Wi-Fi music players can receive streaming music straight from the Internet from sources such as i-tunes or Rhapsody without the need of a computer. It also receives and plays mp3 files from your computer and/or windows media player.

Since it can be done by Wi-Fi you can connect it to your nice stereo system and receive wireless signals to play your music. This is great, you just use the wireless router/hub and skip the wiring. Some of these have hard drives included where music files can be loaded on to them and played directly, or from a hard drive on the system somewhere.

They have wireless remotes to enable you to sit back to relax and listen to your music.

I have found four different products that do this. Phillips NP 1100. Roku SoundBridge M1001, Apple TV and the Logictech Squeeze Box Classic. The first two are less expensive, while the last two are more deluxe with more options and capabilities.

Good hub, I don't have Wi-Fi for sound systems yet, but in the future plan to have. I will bookmark this for reference. Thanks Eovery.
