So the important point here is to realize that if you change your perception of the life events that happen to you, that is the most effective means of managing your stress. Stress management can take any number of different methods, from physical, to psychological to mental strategies, or a combination of any of them. One of the most permanent ways to reduce or manage stress is to change how you view life and all of the experiences that you go through in your day to day living. When receiving stress management tips that are delivered to you, you want to receive tips that you can build upon and incorporate into your daily life. It is also helpful to receive additional references with the tips in case you wish to further research any particular tip.

Ways that stress management tips can be delivered daily to you include the following:

  • Through a blog - however you have to know go go daily to the blog. Sometimes we get distracted with our daily lives and... The stress in our daily lives.
  • Through a podcast - this is similar to a blog, but the difference is that you would listen to the tip instead of read in.
  • Through an RSS feed - this is easier because the tips are automatically entered into your feed reader, or updated on your own web site. You can get feed readers through an aggregate feed reader service like on yahoo, or google, or bloglines. There are many others as well.
  • Through your email. They are just automatically sent to you through your email, however you will have to make sure you whitelist the email the stress management tips are being delivered from so you don't miss anything.
  • Through Twitter - this is a new technology that allows people to deliver short messages to people who are their fans. This way works best only if the tips are short. If they are longer, then it would be better to place a link to where the full tip would be.
  • Through a membership site. This, like a blog would require the reader to log in everyday and access the new tip. The benefit, like the blog, is that the tip would always be there for archival purposes.
