You don't have to be submerged in stress. Reduce it the Brazilian way. We Americans have lost our zest for life because we focus so hard on success, at any cost. What success is it, if you have money and status, but no fun? Work – work hard – never play - is a recipe for stress.
I lived in Brazil for many years and never ceased to be amazed at how hard they actually work eight hours plus per day. But - they play even harder. They have fun - they enjoy music and good food and love the social life with friends. Maybe the beach has something to do with it. The beach is a great social leveler. Everybody goes and everybody has fun – with cheap and healthy sun!

Brazilians cope with stress before it gets out of hand. First, they have better balance because they play harder than we do. Next, they eat and drink many foods and drinks that contain natural calming elements. Their herbal teas and fresh fruit drinks are a dream. They also eat cheap, fresh fruit and vegetables every day – many of which contain the essentials for good health and so they combat stress better by being healthier.
We don't have such easy access and a flight to Rio is pretty expensive every weekend! So the next best thing we have here is natural remedies like stress reduce the natural way.
