This blog I hope will help all of you that have stress in your life. Well, I think that might cover the whole world... At least this blog is on the internet for everyone and anyone to read.
Assuming you have stress everyday because of work issues, the economy, your certain family member is giving you stress in your life well, whatever the case maybe you have it and you want to try to find some ways to get rid of your stress without taking any pills from your doctor.
First of all I want to get something straight here and that is I am not a doctor and I don't have a PHD but, I do a lot of researching in finding some great avenues on relieving stress in our lives.
I certainly hope you put my blog into your favorite places and come back to read the Capsules that I have posted on this blog to help you relieve some of your stress within your body.
Also feel free to send this blog to your family, friends, co-workers, and anybody you can think of who may benefit from this blog because if it's just passing out this blog to help others across the globe who have stress in their lives we would certainly eliminate some of the diseases that was caused by stress.
Solution Number 1:
Ok I am stressed out from work, what can I do now to relieve it?
First of all you can listen to some soft relaxing music. When your at home you should at least have some soft relaxing music on so, you can relieve some of your stress that has built up inside you while you were at work.
Take some sea salt and lavender scent oil which you can purchase at you're local health store and put some in a hot bath and soak in that water for about 10 minutes or until you feel rejuvenated again. (Note:) You can always put just sea salt in your hot bath water if you can't find lavender scent oil. For myself I have just the lavender sea salt which relaxes me.
Meditation does wonders to relieve the stress in our lives as well. You can always pick up a meditation CD at your local New Age Store. I personally like to listen to John Edwards who is a well known psychic who has a great meditation techinique on his CD. Doreen Virtue is another good person to listen to her technique you can find many types of meditation CD's at the new Age stores or maybe even Barnes and Noble in the new age section where you can find the music CD's at.
Massage Therapy is another stress reliever believe it or not. If you can afford it go to a professional Massage Salon to get a full body massage which will help relieve your stress. For those who cannot afford the professional massage therapy at this time please ask someone who you know who can give you a back massage that will certainly help relieve some of your stress at least.
Ok I have listed a few great avenues on relieving your stress in these capsules. Solution Number 2:
First of all I would like to mention here that you maybe stressed each and everyday of your life or not feeling any good because of all the stress you had in your life I HIGHLY Recommend you try one or two of the above methods each and everyday switch off so, what I am trying to say is don't try the same method each day so, your body doesn't get used to them each and everyday. Alright enough said about that let's move right along now to solution number two. Do you have any funny movies in your house that you can watch? I am sure you do but, if you don't there is always Block Buster Video that you can go to and rent a movie or two. Watching funny movies and sitcoms are GREAT stress relievers. Sounds funny? Try it I think you will agree with me by the end of your movie...
