Before we begin, do NOT use this guide if you have:

Open wounds, extremely sensitive skin or if you are allergic to skin products / exfoliation creams.

What to expect (Results)

This guide is a slow, but safe and cheap way to remove stretch marks, but don’t expect results within the first day or two - you might set yourself up for a disappointment.

Some people have reported that they saw results over night (not total removal, but signs that stretch marks are in fact fading) while others might have to wait weeks for similar results. The fact is, the older the stretch marks, the harder they are to get rid off.

One thing that I will promise you, is that if you follow these steps, this guide - with some patience you will see those stretch marks disappear.

What you need for this treatment (See my blog for links on suggested products, link to blog is in the bottom):

- Exfoliation Scrub

- Aloe Vera Gel

- Moisturiser

- Body Massager

Was recommended the Exfoliation Scrub & Moisturiser by a reader, thank you Tom.

Preparing the Exfoliation scrub

Mix up the Scrub and the Aloe Vera gel 10 to 1.

In Example:

5 tea spoons of scrub

1/2 tea spoon of Aloe Vera gel

Or:

10 tea spoons of scrub

1 tea spoon of Aloe Vera gel

Mix it as you need it, or all at once - Mixing it as you need it will show results faster, but also takes more time.

How to do the massage (Follow very precisely, read several times if needed)

Step 1: Take a long shower, or hot bath (5-15 minutes should do, average person needs 10 minutes, 5 for thinner skin, 15 for thicker).

It is important to soften the skin before the exfoliation scrub. Think of it like shaving, slashing water on won’t do the same and leads to irritated skin.

Step 2: Get rid of any excess water on your skin - but leave a little moist, we don’t want the scrub to become wet and just run off.

Step 3: Apply a layer of the scrub onto the skin you wish to treat, shouldn’t be too thick a layer

Step 4: Use the massager to massage your skin, do it in circles, one area at a time, only massage an area of 1-3 inches at a time.

Important: Don’t overdo it, results won’t come more quickly if you scrub for too long, 1-2 minutes in each area should be fine, 2-3 minutes if you have thicker skin. Overdoing it could result in a worsening of the stretch marks.

Important: Add a little scrub to the skin during the massage if the layer gets too thin. If it gets too dry - add some water.

Step 5: After the massage, your skin should have a reddish color, mix up 50/50 Moisturiser and Aloe Vera gel and apply it on your skin untill fully absorbed.

How often should you do the exfoliation massage?

It’s really up to the individual to decide how often they have time to do it. Do it a maximum of 3 times a week (2 day intervals) and apply moisturiser and Aloe Vera gel (50/50 Mix) to the treated areas the following day as well.

Monday: Moisturise

Tuesday: Scrub + Moisturise

Wednesday: Moisturise

Thursday: Scrub + Moisturise

Friday: Moisturise

Saturday: Moisturise

Sunday: Scrub + Moisturise

Important: The above is just an example, you may do scrub saturday/sunday or however you wish, just don’t exceed the 2-3 times a week, even if you are seeing quick results!

To start out with, the massage might feel rough, this will get better as you do it more times.
